LOCATION
The Sleat peninsula in the South East of Skye is one of the island’s most sought after areas and is home to award winning attractions, hotels and restaurants. Known as the Garden of Skye this area has dramatic coastal views, wooded forestry trails and abundant wildlife. It is an ideal base for varied outdoor pursuits and has many wonderful walks around its varied landscapes . Armadale with its cafes, shops , bay and pier offers the ideal place for mooring a boat. The ferry to Mallaig on the west coast mainland also leaves from here.
