We are delighted to offer to the market two magnificent  elevated house sites, in the much sought after Sleat Peninsula each extending to approximately quarter acre (to be confirmed by title plan) . With wonderful views to the Sound of Sleat and the Knoydart hills beyond, these plots offer the opportunity to build your very own dream home in a peaceful picturesque location.

DESCRIPTION
The de-crofted plots extend to approximately 0.28acres in size (to be confirmed by title plans) and they sit in an elevated position offering marvellous views to the Sound of Sleat and the hills of Knoydart in the distance. Water is on site and electricity is close-by. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to install services. Full planning permission for one plot was granted in May 2011 for the erection of a detached 1.5 storey, 3 bedroom (1 en-suite) property with detached garage.  This has recently been renewed. The second plot has also recently gained full planning permission. Plots in this area of Skye are much sought after and early notes of interest are invited in order to avoid disappointment.
It should be noted that it was a requirement of the original planning permission that approximately a 60m² section of the township road is improved.
