Crofting Law Group
Inksters are members of the Crofting Law Group with Brian Inkster being the Hon. Secretary of the Group.
The objects of the Group are:-
- To promote the knowledge and understanding of Crofting Law.
- To promote a forum for consultation and for making proposals to the EC, the Government and other bodies, in relation to the law reform as it affects crofting interests.
- To create a forum for discussing, in particular, crofting law issues but also related UK and EC legislation which has an impact on crofting estates and communities.
- To produce and circulate a newsletter on a regular basis giving relevant details.
Our membership of the Group and Brian Inkster's detailed involvement keeps us at the forefront of crofting law issues.
