JacQui Lochhead is an Elder Law Advisor assisting Inksters with Private Client business development.

She goes out and about with Inksters Pop-Up Law meeting and discussing with individuals and families the benefits of putting in place asset protection documentation including:-

• Wills;
• Powers of Attorney;
• planning for potential nursing care costs;
• matters relating to Adults with Incapacity, in particular, Guardianship Orders; and
• the creation, management and termination of trusts

JacQui works closely with solicitor Laura King who JacQui will refer clients to for detailed advice and the preparation of any legal documentation required.
